You can find your Transaction ID by the email you received, when you bought the rank. You can contact @Joe Henry for more instructions.

That's a long time! You have a search thing by every mail. So you can search it up.

You must to Search it. Without the Transaction ID, you cant switch your rank. Contact @Joe Henry And he Will help you.

Without the transaction idea, I'm afraid @Joe Henry can't help you, since he will be asking you for that.

There's a company which you can e-mail to ask for your Transaction ID of your Minecraft account. It's called ''Skrill'', you can contact them via the Mojang site > https://help.mojang.com/customer/en/portal/articles/361380-what-is-a-transaction-id-.

To recover this transaction ID, get in touch with a Skrill representative by emailing them at help@skrill.com. When contacting them, use the email address from your purchase, put "Minecraft" in the subject field, and ask for the Merchant Transaction ID from your purchase of Minecraft.

As said above, you need a transaction ID before you can transfer your rank to another account.
Without a Transaction ID, you can't transfer it.
To help you out further Joe Henry will need the following transaction information which can be found in the email receipt you received from CubeCraft after your purchase:
Transaction ID.
Date of purchase.
Minecraft username.
The email address entered at checkout.

Send this information to Joe Henry via a conversation.
You can start a private conversation with Joe Henry at https://www.cubecraft.net/conversations/add?to=Joe+Henry

Without this information, you can't prove that you bought your rank or something else.
You could also mail to sales@cubecraft.net.

I suggest you go to your mail, then click on the search bar and type in ''Cubecraft'' when I type this in, the transaction ID shows up.

they can't easilly sent an transaction ID. I think it it smart to seek in you bank account or the mail you used

In your search bar in your email search for CubeCraft. It showed show you all the notifications that you got from CubeCraft including the purchase you made for your rank. Once you find the email it should tell you your Transaction ID.
