I don´t think that 13000 subs are enough to get the youtuber rank.

 

what is the minimum of subs? i have a youtuber friend with 20.000 subs that have the rank

 

im pretty sure the minimum amount of subs is 100.000 subs.

 

i know many youtubers with 20k, 30k, and more under 100k that have the rank

 

Before the rank was released publicly, they gave it to a few youtubers. they were probably the lucky people

The YouTuber rank it´s for minimum 50K subs.
