Bug: Randomly getting damage in-game

Explanation:
When people where shooting with their bow, I randomly got extra damage. This was not only when BassieAdriaan was shooting at me. It also happened when other people where shooting at me. I contacted BassieAdriaan and he said he had the problem too. Also other people noticed this.

Is it just the game that is lagging, or something else?
