It´s not just Cubecraft which got forced to make those changes. It happened to every server.
And yes, it´s not cool in any way but as others said there had no other choice. Either that or being shut down.
So lets just enjoy CC the way it is atm :)

You also helped the server out with your donation. Doesn´t that make you a bit happy? ;)

Dude you will keep your rank. The changes to EULA basically make it so you cant make money from Mojang's game. It doesn't remove any rank on the server.

Rather than making a brand new forum that is connected to Mojang's home page, perhaps check out Mojang's page first before creating a thread. I suggest setting Mojang's homepage as "Your" Default HomePage so you dont miss a thing.
