Quest finished but unable to claim reward even if it says claim it

So I finished this quest and it told me to claim the reward but on the quest menu, it doesn't show the quest. Can anyone help me and claim the reward

Possibly the quest has been moved to the bottom. This happens a lot of times for quests in which you unlock a new island. I recommend having a look at all the quests.
