Bedrock Progressions to Gamemodes

I don't really have a specific idea, but I feel like a lot of the gamemodes on the server have suffered from lack of quality updates that keep the game fresh which is why the server has felt rather stale lately. I think something small that could be implemented in order to solve this issue would be adding some sort of progression system into the gamemodes so players actually have a reason to continue to log back into the server everyday, of course I know network levels exist, but I feel like that isn't enough.
