Problems buying rank

I can't buy the Emerald upgrade. I already have the Diamond upgrade. For some reason it says the card not authorize. I don't know why, because i used the same information to buy my Diamond upgrade.

I had this issue on my xbox one when a card fails authorization usually its one of serveral issues

1. If your using a normal card its probably maxed out or locked
2. If its a gift card either you dont have enough or its empty
