i recently bought gold rank my name is I_Am_Asgore and i spent $46.11 USD on it. today i logged on and i was only stone rank. plz help me! I can provide receipt and all i don't know what happened or why this is happening to me. and only me. PLease get back to me as soon as you can.

Wait until 48 hours, if you rank isn't there, try to contact sales@cubecraft.net, they aim to respond in 72Hours.

I restarted my minecraft and waited for about 20 minutes. I had gold rank before but now i dont have it i dont know why this is happening i spent all of my birthday money on this :(
