plus membership did not come on the website

i buy a plus membership, a few days ago in-game plus features have arrived but website features did not come to me

I'm not sure, but I think it is because the ''/link'' (link your minecraft account to your forum page) feature is disabled. You can't link your mc account to the forums, because they are working on it.

If you sync your account with the website and server, you should see both show up. However if you are still having issues after this, please contact our sales representatives by emailing them your exact issue.
