  • We're running an internal migration of all old players' stats to our new highly advanced statistics tracking backend. This means that stat changes will be a bit delayed while we ingest this huge backlog of data. Nothing is being lost, it'll just take a bit longer to show up in the in-game UIs.

You will be better of contacting support@cubecraft.net on this one instead of communicating via the Forums - just remember that we work Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (London time) so you might not get a response today.
I did that already I talkt with macro he sat he is gonna let me in the future if the developers figure something out and he sat that my ISP is blocking or something like that.

That's perfectly fine. Usually it's best to contact support first, then if they redirect you to the Forums, then someone in the community might know about the issue and be able to help you fix it whilst we continue to work on updates and bug fixes, along with seeing if we can also track down the issue you're having. Sometimes, the community are able to give you a faster solution than we can sometimes simply due to how busy we are!

I hope you're able to get this resolved soon though.
