Already stated that paypal was removed because it caused too many payment issues due to things on their end, he said it will NEVER be added back.

This is just for the best, because people wouldn't receive their ranks after paying on PayPal

Paypal was removed as a method of payment because too many people would pay for a rank through Paypal and would not receive it due to issues on Paypal's end.
