What does the 'Under Revision' prefix mean on a player report?

It means your report is being looked at. So you will have to be patient until it gets accepted or denied.

‘Under revision’ is something that was recently added for bedrock reports, it’s a thread that a staff member replied to because there was something with the evidence, for example a YouTube video that was private/unavailable.
