Player Judgement

Hey,

Today I want to talk about another suggestion.
Actually about player judgement.
What this means is by a player his profile page there are now stars to the right of the name.
There can you judge him / her how good they are on the forums.
This is much easier for the Helper Applications.

And, you can rate him for how much you like that player.
This was @CookieBenno his idea!
I hope this will be added!
