You can't upload a video file directly to the forums. Try uploading it to youtube and pasting the link in the report.

You cannot insert actual videos into a forum thread, but you can upload it to youtube and link it into the thread and it can be watched from there. :)

If you get this error uploading to youtube try uploading from a private tab.

You can upload your video to YouTube then just paste the link in the thread, it'll just show up as a video :)
