People can’t see my messages

Hi, I recently realised I wasn’t being ignored and was actually muted but when I went to the appeals site it said I had nothing to appeal, can anyone confirm that I am actually muted or is there a glitch going on thats making it so that my messages aren’t showing up, my ign is LeoH9788 and play on bedrock edition. Thanks
