I ,as i know a lot of you do, HATE the new EULA. Well, Bebopvox and a bunch of other networks have decided that on August 1st (when the new EULA is enacted), they will shut down their servers and leave a message for any player attempting to join encouraging them to sign the change the EULA petition. Don't worry, it also says that the servers will be up the next day. It is a simple plugin and the source code is available so that you can see that everything is ok.
