op enchants

ok I saw the fact that u might be changing it to others than just 1 lvl 5. but the thing I would like to know is did you use commands to do the enchants or did you use a pluggin if you used a command I would like to know it if you used a pluggin I would like to see the code for the pluggin hope this isnt asking too much
