Obsidian rank giveaway PROBLEM URGENT!

Well when I get into the cubecraft store and I click on the obsidian rank for preparing myself just for introducing the code and reedem the code I cant because There is a problem that says
"You are not allowed to purchase this item"
please help! Lets fix it just before the giveaway starts!
and I have been having that problem with all the giveaway! It hasnt started I know you can do something!

What is your current Rank?
Did you click on the button Rank-up?
Did you use the right Coupon code?

I wanna know those things and then i will give the answer to those.
And another thing, the code might be removed like many people already got it so it might be that it got used many times and that you were too late to use it, but im not sure

You're too slow. those ranks go extremely quick meaning you cant get it anymore.

People are iliterally spamming this problem instead of asking the mods or players on Private Messages, and they have been doing that ever since the Lapiz rank was taken by a minute. People complained about this problem. i don't see the problem on repeating the same message on the same kind of threads that they make.
