Obsidian Name Tag Thingy

This only happens on certain servers, but sometimes, the 'obsidian' is in bold. I think it would would be cool if this happened on all servers , e.g. the games server.

Here is an example:

I was on sky wars, then switched to sky block and my name was in bold

I think the Owners should only get bold
