Not banning innocent people for "Compromised accounts"

Hey everyone, so I have been banned as my account is "Compromised" can someone please explain to me why this is and how I can become unbanned? Please don't talk about appealing has I have tried and I have no clue about this code in minecraft. Thank you all!

Having a compromised account means that your account is in circulation publicly, which hackers use to hack and get away with. To have a successful appeal, appeal here: https://appeals.ccgn.co , and use the code which you get when you attempt to join the server, and change your Minecraft password. Hope this helped!
