I really like it! Reminds me of that one boss of Ocarina of Time (Bongo Bongo I believe his name was)

Anyways, you could try making the hand a little larger to compensate for more people, or make a second hand opposite to that one. You may wanna take finger shape / length into consideration too. (like how the middle finger is the longest finger and the pinkie is the shortest)

Other than that is looks p good !

I edited the fingers a little bit more to seem less //brushy and I expanded on the wrist to make a better gameplay for a larger amount of players.
