how is that takes a year to upgrade dude
So the devs said scrapped so it "wouldn't confuse" people. They actually didn't scrap it but rather postponed it, to a far later date because they wated to put their resources into other games. Just proves my point that putting it on scrapped makes it more confusing to people.
TL;DR: The postponed the update instead of scrapping it.
