That's why there's specific times that are already decided, so players will have to make sure they can make it or not, before signing up.

4v4 PvP

Full Team PvP (16+)
<teams should be split into 16 players each, for all the events and in the Olympics)
Minecraft Trivia
Boat Racing
Parkour Racing
Mob Fighting (creepers, zombies, etc.)
Building Competitions
Redstone On Demand Building
Capture The Wool Tournament (4v4) <- Please add this :P
Skywars Tournament (1-2 representatives from each team)
Team Spirit Points (most sportsmanlike, energized, etc.)
Puzzle Solving
Team Based Relay Run (parkour, objectives, etc.)

and maybe minecart pvp? where your in a minecraft with bows and arrows on a looping minorly changing track and you have to kill the other team or player?
