Need help with Vanilla Prepaid Card

So today I went out and bought a prepaid visa giftcard then I went to buy the diamond rank on the store, but It said that 'This credit card type is not supported'. Does anyone know how I can fix this? If anybody does, I would really appreciate it, thanks

contact sales@cubecraft.net. try to buy a subway gift card with that prepaid card, then buy the rank with Subway gift card.
