Need help with buying a rank.

I am not getting an email with the receipt of the diamond rank I am trying to get. I am trying to do the inquiry but cannot do it as I don't have the receipt.

Just know that it can take up about 15 minutes for you to get the rank.

The staff would need information like:
- Transaction ID (This usually starts with a B or a W. It is not the transaction ID on the card statement). (If you have it)

- Date of purchase.

- Minecraft username.

- Email address entered at checkout.

Without that information, the staff cannot prove that you bought a rank.
