i send so many emails to this guy that is doing that *censored* when you got problems with your purchase i did everything this guy asked for and he still says that i dont have enough info i bought this rank in 2013 and now in 2017 2weeks ago when i logged in my rank was gone and before these 2 weeks i didnt play mc anymore and now its gone i gave him everything he *censored* asked for and still says not enough info he asked for this

Date of purchase.
Minecraft username.
Email address entered at checkout.

thats what he asked for so i gave him all this *censored* information and he still says that i didnt send him enough info

so *what* can i do now
