I have made a mute appeal atleast 5 days ago and I don't know its being submitted or just not being viewed by staff?

I got a mute-ban some days ago, I wanted to appeal it but they deny it, and I want to know if there's any possibility to get rid of it pls, my experience is very limited now that I can't chat :/
