I think it must be because u were in a server which is having night, else i have always seen mineware doing good.
And if its not the case then it is a serious thing for cubecraft.

It was around 4pm gmt +9

Thats the reason mineware was inactive because its the time when most of the players are asleep, so its normal if it is inactive at that time.
