Messaging people ( /tell )

My suggestion includes the /tell command. I was thinking that you should be able to /tell to someone who isn't in the same or same minigame/server as you. Because when I see that people from my friends list are I can't "message" them anything because it says "Player not found". I just think it would be more convenient to people. This is just a suggestion and I'm hoping people are open to this idea.

I would like this but it should be exclusive to friends, because if not people would just get spammed like crazy, especially staff members. And they already get enough spam.

I agree with Terrarialover11. (Like said above), the spam for staff and just players in general could be very annoying if the /tell command isn't exclusive to friends only.
