I was wondering why it doesn't count for when you post something on a profile, as a message for your profile? Like what I mean is... It's kinda hard to word... Like count it as a message for you... Idk how to word it good.

You're wondering why a post on a message doesn't contribute to your total message count. It's likely because posting on someone's profile isn't seen as publicly as posting in a thread, so it would be weird for, say, someone with 3,000 messages to never be seen posting in public threads.

People spamming somebody's profile is less noticeable, and it would encourage more pointless spam on people's profile for extra messages.
