PVP is a nice game, but when I go in a game there's either a hacker or a noob (not trying to be mean or anything). Its like a 10% chance someone without hacks beats me. So I think cubecraft should get a practice PVP mini-game. To where you can fight a dummie that moves around and hits you while your trying to kill it. Also if it had difficulties to it it would be nice. If the game actually gets a start to it, Ill be happy but this it only and idea.

Actually you can practise your PvP skills by playing PvP games. If you play more, so PvP more, you become better and better eventually.

But if you make a dummy that moves realistic its pretty difficult. I can also make it when its moving in a straight line
Put a zombie in a minecart and watch it zip around. In 20 miniutes i could do something with armour stands , boats and minecarts using command blocks

Spawn a couple bats in a survival world and try to hit them. ;) That's probably the best practice you can do with mobs especially with bows. I think a tutorial which teaches you the basics of PvP should be added but I don't really think fighting dummies alone would teach people much of anything unless they had incredibly realistic movement and knockback.

you can practice in all the games like Skywars, Eggwars. And in the 1.9 Lucky islands, Block Wars, etc

And like @iCheeetah said, there is a pvp game for the 1.9, but you can play games
In a maniqui, simulating version 1.8
