this would make players who played for a long time, even if they're still noobs, be matched with absolute sweats and would never win
Level doesn't reflect skill, so matching people of similar levels technically wouldn't achieve any real result. It would just take the system longer to find you a game.

a ranking system based on level is extremely unfair. big no from me.
