This is a nice suggestion!
It has been suggested before and I think making it like Survival games in every game would be awesome

Also adding a barrier block on top of the cells where you start would be a lot easier and would stop Pregame flying hackers C:

Have you not seen any of the threads complaining about Sentinel
Why would they add a plugin that kicks them when they have an anti-cheat?

I still see occasional fly hackers and that would prevent them from escaping

It might prevent them from flying out of the case, but other then that? Nothing. They will just start hacking after the 20 second count down.
Useless addition in my opinion that has been suggested before.
