Lost Rank

(Not sure if this is the correct place to post this thread, but oh well)...
Today I rejoined the CubeCraft community after a long time gone and to say I'm dismayed is an understatement - I have lost my Lapiz Rank. I'm ambivalent as to whether it was the fact that I -
• Haven't been on in a while,
• Changed my username or
perhaps something else, but it would be wonderful if a staff member could look into this for me.
My antecedent account's username was xXIcy_ElectroXx before it was changed to Rynxs and the latest account that I play on currently is called Vy4, although it's original name was Icyfax. (I guess I'm very... irresolute).
I know that the staff of CubeCraft will be on this shortly - I have never had any complications before and you guys are just amazing at doing your job.

Just noticed that I said "...although it's original name was Icyfax," when it should have been, "...although its original name was Icyfax." How am I passing English in school? Lol.
