Hi everybody, I want to buy a lapis rank now because there are sales right now. I have two questions for you:
1) Are there ever discounts greater than 40%, like 50%???
2) What weekly bonus and and which vanity items give you the lapis rank?

Yes, just depends on the season or date, it takes place or something.
You can get 2 basic cubelets every week. Not too, sure about vanity items though.

Just to add something to that, a 50% sale is very rare. Normally, there are 30% sales so I think this is your chance! You can also choose to wait for a 50% sale, but that might take a while.

As warriors said, you get two cubelets every week. (Normal cubelets.)
For the vanity, I will state some things below. I might've forgotten one, but this is all I know for now.

Miniatures: -
Hats: The Iron rank hat, the Lapiz rank hat and the slime hat.
Wardrobe: The Fading set, the Zebra set and the rainbow set.
Trails: DJ, Dust Vortex, Enchanting, Fire Crown and Hearts.
Arrow Trails: Slime and Flame.
Win Effects: Disco Blocks.
Cages: Blue Glass, Grey Glass, Lapiz and Iron.
Shields: Grayscale.
Gadgets: Cowboy and the Firework Bow.
