[Languages] Add french's language support

Hi, my idea is a add the french language on the server :)

I think adding more languages to cubecraft will be a bad idea because you asked for french language now and after adding it other people will ask for their languages too. but for NL I think when you join any game on cubecraft "specially for the team games" you will find at least one say NL TEAM 11, NL TEAM 5000.

We wanted to translate all messages to Dutch and Spanish first as most of our players speak that language. Maybe more languages will follow! :)

As @DutchLemur said, they are translating the the most popular languages on CubeCraft. But I like to see French and Turkish. Because I see many people talking it in the Survival Games lobby. :P
