Kits for ranks in Assassanation

Anyone beyond a specific version / patch will not be able to join the server.

A patch is pretty much an update - mainly put forward to fix bugs. :P

I think EULA is strictly legated to the server version, and the EULA changes that made this impossible were added in 1.9.
And Hypixel is a 1.8 server.

I'm not sure about this though.

But I always play in Hypixel with 1.9

Eula goes to 1.6 :P hypixel can still be blacklisted but they won't as I said mojang doesn't have the guts to shut them down and if they did they would get an incredible amount of backlash from the community by shutting down the largest minecraft server

You actually aren't. Hypixel has plugins to run 1.8 on 1.9 clients, but will refuse 1.9 data packets.

Yes, from 1.6, but the biggest main changes were made with 1.9.

Wow, well what about if Mojang just shut it down for a while and contact the owners so they learn to follow the rules ;)
