Ghost:
Invisibility
Stone sword and full chain armor.

Mob:
Jump boost X and feather falling boots II.
Iron Sword and Chain chestplate

Ender:
16 ender pearls
Golden sword and full dyed black armor

I'm going to add more and tell me more Ideas. (;

Not that OP if the other guy is an enderman too, you also lose health after the throw. I'll say 1-3 enderpearls per kit.

I meant OP if one person had 16 enderpearls, but yes 1-3 sounds sufficient.

I say no enderpearls at all actually, there would be players enderpearling to places others can't reach and they would probably just camp out, shoot people with arr0ws, etc. Meh.
