Just Wondering Something

Hi,
Someone did this in a duel and it made it impossible for me to get to him.
I took a screenshot and was wondering if it was punishable. I had already used some blocks at the start and he basically stayed up there for the whole duel.

Ok thanks, it was just really annoying as i used 10 blocks at the start so I couldn't reach him.

well they can't really punish him knowing the blocks were added but i guess that counts as camping to be honest i'm not sure.

Sadly it is not punishable but i think CubeCraft should do something about this because it happens to me all to time so
