I also play hypixel, but my ping is always over 250 so I don't play it often.

I have always been Java player and always will be, so I have to go with Java. But Bedrock does have more content and faster match making so overall Bedrock is better

Yea I play bedrock a lot too.The first ever server I played was Cubecraft and I thought it was like amazing so I did not change.Cubecraft made a good first impression for me.
I really like Cubecraft bedwars even thought others don’t .I think the way it is is better than the other servers
