There is a gadget called "Ender bow", I believe you can teleport with this bow. That's kinda how I did it.

Why did you post this??? a lot of people has it on 1 seconds too and i dont think its a world record i think its far away from the world record maybe someone has got it on half a second or yes most likely someone has it on half a second + you just used the enderbow
