is it possible to use em client if i have the thing to see entities through block disabled

It's a not allowed client, so you're not allowed to use it. Even when cheating modules are disabled.

If it hasn't any not allowed modifications, then it's allowed. Otherwise it's not allowed. If you're not sure about it, you can always ask in the staff-help channel on Discord.
