As others said below,
you need to contact a Staff member when the game is still going on!
For me I do camp until the player comes to me then I snipe them and jump to kill them, it is my strategy and works pretty well.​

They sometimes do, I camp and usually win or do pretty well!
although I usually wait till my egg is gone then I camp in a sniping tower.
