Java Increase the access of /report for 1.8

When i found the hacker for the first time, i typed /report, then it said i need a rank or go to their website. I was like ,,WTF?".
I got to that site and forgot the Hacker name.

You need video evidence to report hackers on the website. It’s impossible to for staff to punish without evidence.
Heya, good suggestion. With the current amount of hackers it would be very nice if we can use the report command more often, but if this suggestion will be ''accepted'' they will have to change the /report amount on all versions. As said above, it would be very weird if you can report 6 players on 1.8 and only 2 on 1.9. (example).

An example of the server problem I was talking about. You can see the ping mismatch between my client and what the server says. If I was actually lagging, the ping number on my client would be much higher. The ping spike happened after playing a few matches in the server, which makes it impossible to have a long session without lagging or having to relog.
