Implemented Ignorant Ignoring System

Okay so there is the ignoring system we all know and love
However for a lot of people they don't know /ignore exists as it doesn't say it anywhere
all I am suggesting is to change the message you get upon joining a lobby from this

This would be nice. When ever I want to see a command or if it exists, I would just do /(what ever I command I am looking for) but this would be better.
