We need an plugin to know the ping of the other player or the player himself like
/ping <Player> to know other player ping
/ping to know you're ping

Please make us that plugin

You could just use labymod. I believe you can check other people their ping with that client.

If I don't need to install Forge F :v , Lobymod will not work then
