I need some advice....

Hello!!! does anyone here know what to do when like 5 windows pop up on your computer all of a sudden saying that the FBI has blocked all your computer data and is encrypting your files for safety? And it shows a picture of the FBI on their computers looking real serious and job like, and it says that they have found cyber crime.... can i get some info on that please?

You could just try googling it. That usually works.

Get an anti virus software that has at least a 24 hour free trial, and also a computer scan helps to find out what's causing it.

we also got a false accusation from the FBI for doing something bad
and my email account was hacked....
my dad just exited out of the window and we have no 300 fine yet

Cool, I has a virus, I make sure that when my friend comes he doesn't start it up. It makes my disk thingy come in and out and the only way I know how to stop it is to restart ma computer

Get Anti-MalwareBytes - it works very well for me. Your problem is most likely minor.
