Bedrock I need a really good challenge for duels

So far, ive been finding duels fairly easy. To the point that im joining 2v2's with my friend, and telling him to die intentionally, to increase the difficulty.

Has anyone got a really difficult challenge, which isnt impossible.
I usually run Overpowered Warrior and Overpowered Egg wars - occasionally the same two kits but on Normal.

No Armor Challenge: Remove all your armor before fighting and try to win
OR
No Sprint Challenge: Play the whole duel without using sprint at all — just walk.
