We're running an internal migration of all old players' stats to our new highly advanced statistics tracking backend. This means that stat changes will be a bit delayed while we ingest this huge backlog of data. Nothing is being lost, it'll just take a bit longer to show up in the in-game UIs.
A year ago, my PC broke, and we had to send it to it's manufacturers to get it fixed, I reinstalled Minecraft Java and when I came back on Cubecraft, Gold Rank, and my stats had all been wiped, can anyone help me?
I’m sorry to hear that you encountered difficulties with your rank. Your best course of action would probably be to get in touch with sales@cubecraft.net and explain your situation in detail. When writing them, make sure to include the username entered at checkout, the date the purchase took place, your Transaction ID and the e-mail address entered at checkout.
