I have been cautioned and website credentials don't work

As I logged into Cubecraft this morning, a message appeared that said 'you have been cautioned etc' when I haven't really done anything wrong. But that's still of the subject. I searched up the exact website credentials and it appeared with the message '404 Whoops, that page was lost in the void.' So now I dont know why I have been warned, and I am quite sure I did nothing wrong.Please help me with this. I am really afraid and I really don't want to get banned from CubeCraft,
